metro proximity water dispenser strategic location
The hotel is very close to the metro station. It is less than a one-minute walk. i found a water dispenser available on each floor, a definite plus. the hotel's location is strategic, near many shopping and eating places.
the room cleaning was requested twice before it was actually done.

convenient and clean stay
central location clean room
i appreciated the hotel's central location and ease of access to the lrt. the staff was cooperative, and i found the room to be lovely and clean. i also liked the kettle with tea and coffee provided in the room.
The wifi network was very poor. I was quite disappointed with it .

My superior twin room had good air conditioning and was very clean. the room included a keetle and complimentary tea and coffee facilities. I found this quite handy after a long day. the bathroom was also clean.

the hotel is right next to the train station, this made it very easy to travel around. a 7-eleven store located on the corner was very convenient for quick purchases. nearby food options are available 24 hours a day.

the staff was cute and always ready to assist with directions, i found them very helpful. check-in took some time, but the staff remained professional throughout the process. the service was polite and prompt.
